Hatch Day

Created by Warrior Disability Services with participants from our service, Hatch Day started as a small project and has gone on to screen at festivals across Australia. It has won awards including Best Australian Short Comedy at the Newcastle International Short Film Festival, Best Local Film at the Blue Heeler Film Festival, and Exquisite Production Design at the Screen It International Film Festival. Hatch Day will be released publicly soon. Stay tuned!

The Warriors Way

In collaboration with UP&UP, we wrote, performed and recorded our own hip-hop tracks, then recorded a music video. Both done over many creative sessions.

Hidden Colours

Hidden Colours is an earlier short film from Warrior Disability Services, made with participants from our service. It was awarded Best Local Film at the 2023 Blue Heeler Film Festival, the first of several festival wins for Warrior’s filmmakers and a sign of what was to come with Hatch Day.
